What you will do
- Analyze data specifications, perform data profiling, and identify improvements.
- Create and maintain data visualizations, including architecture, implementation, and support.
- Present data insights in clear, compelling, and actionable stories.
- Lead workshops for stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
- Develop performance management frameworks and define measurable KPIs.
- Produce regular performance reports and dashboards to drive stakeholder decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience presenting complex analysis and visualizations.
- Leadership experience within a team or delivery.
- Ability to provide tactical and strategic recommendations using innovative problem-solving.
- Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL.
- Experience designing and building complex reports/dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAS.
- Familiarity with various tools including Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, and Google Analytics.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of technical concepts within the wider technical landscape.
- Experience working within an agile development team.
