What you will do

• Analyze data specifications, perform data profiling, and identify improvements.
• Create and maintain data visualizations, including architecture, implementation, and support.
• Present data insights in clear, compelling, and actionable stories.
• Lead workshops for stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings.
• Develop performance management frameworks and define measurable KPIs.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards to drive stakeholder decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience presenting complex analysis and visualizations.
• Leadership experience within a team or delivery.
• Ability to provide tactical and strategic recommendations using innovative problem-solving.
• Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL.
• Experience designing and building complex reports/dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAS.
• Familiarity with various tools including Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, and Google Analytics.
• Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of technical concepts within the wider technical landscape.
• Experience working within an agile development team.
