Focus on providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders and supporting forecasting cycles.

Location: Onsite in Delft, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Analyze performance across marketing, sales, onboarding, customer success, and renewals.
  • Create and maintain management and board-level reports on pipeline, forecast, revenue, churn, and growth.
  • Support sales leadership and the Executive Leadership Team with insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Safeguard data quality and metric definitions.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in commercial performance.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analytics, RevOps, or a similar role.
  • Experience with commercial data and understanding of funnels, revenue, and growth.
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders such as sales leadership, the ELT, and the Board.
  • Analytically strong and able to clearly explain complex analyses.
  • Work in a structured and accurate manner and value data quality.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Open to a temporary role with the possibility of a permanent position.
