TL;DR
Business & IT Trainee (Fintech): Explore ’s IT domain through 2-4 departmental rotations over 18 months with an accent on bridging business and IT, data analysis, and stakeholder management. Focus on creating functional designs, managing workstreams, analyzing market trends, and developing robust data solutions.
Location: Hybrid Utrecht (NL). To be considered, you must be located in the Netherlands.
Salary: €3,447 - €4,923 gross monthly (scale 07, 36 hours)

What you will do
- Rotate through 2-4 IT departments to gain broad exposure to the IT organization and business domains.
- Work on day-to-day tasks, side projects, and contribute to new or improved systems and processes.
- Act as a linking pin between business, IT stakeholders, and management, managing workstreams and projects.
- Analyze data, create functional designs, support IT engineers in building data solutions, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Participate in the trainee network, buddy system, coaching, and social events.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree, or equivalent working/thinking level
- Affinity and/or experience in IT environment
- Passion for teamwork, eagerness to speak up, embrace mistakes, and learn
- Growth mindset
- Complex problem solving, stakeholder management, judgement & decision making skills
- Innovative skills in data literacy and affinity with AI skills and mindset
- Must be located in the Netherlands
