What you will do

• Map, document, and analyze existing HR and Facility related processes.
• Support process standardization and alignment with internal controls and ISO-style frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Assist with the implementation of improved workflows and documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Logistics Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong interest in process improvement and an analytical mindset.
• Proactive and hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
