Salary: $120,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Plan and deliver product (business) and technology initiatives spanning product development, software, infrastructure, and security.
• Lead the development of integrated delivery plans and orchestrate dependencies and prioritization with delivery squads.
• Engage with Product Owners, Service Owners, and executive leaders to facilitate effective decisions and alignment.
• Partner with key leaders and management offices to provide insights into delivery progress, risks, issues, and metrics.
• Proactively identify risks, design and execute mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
• Enable initiative achievement through effective change management practices and clear communication of objectives.

Requirements

• Contribute to the planning of initiatives and drive the execution of epics and stories, ensuring alignment with delivery frameworks.
• Accountable for proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving internal and external dependencies and risks to delivery.
• Responsible for overseeing the delivery of epics and stories, facilitating prioritization and sequencing of work.
• Engage with Product Owners and Service Owners to align sprint, quarterly, and annual plans with dependencies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in tools like Jira and Confluence.
