Project Manager (Capital Markets)

TL;DR

Project Manager (Capital Markets): Managing the delivery and implementation of financial solutions within a SAFe agile environment with an accent on program increment planning, client onboarding, and risk management. Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, Canada. Ability to travel to client sites where required.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage delivery and implementation within a SAFe environment, including all phases of client onboarding.
• Define and track Program Increments, aligning with Project and Product Roadmaps.
• Provide concise and accurate reporting to clients and internally on program progress.
• Ensure a clearly defined, managed, and tracked acceptance plan for program completion.
• Manage and coordinate teams during all user testing phases, including issue/defect management.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues that occur during implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a PM role or previous PMO experience, with a strong interest in developing into a Project Management position.
• Proven track record of project delivery within a Capital markets and banking environment.
• Strong experience of vendor/client relationship management.
• Experience of working in an agile environment, specifically SAFe.
• Knowledge and use of JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both business and technology stakeholders at any level.
