TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (MSP Bulk): Building and maintaining relationships with Managed Service Providers to maximize partner lifetime value and ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and growth. Focus on developing strategies, providing training, driving cross-sales, and conducting quarterly business reviews to achieve MSP partner objectives and exceed expectations.

Location: Remote positions open to the US only.

Salary: $70,000 - $82,000 including base, bonuses and commissions.

What you will do

  • Forge relationships with MSP partners to understand their objectives and develop strategies to achieve their sales targets and metrics.
  • Manage the MSP onboarding process, including assessments, account configuration, product training, and initial phishing and training campaigns.
  • Train the MSP partner sales team on how to conduct effective hirify.global demos and promote the use of partner-accessible hirify.global assets.
  • Monitor MSP partner usage and adoption, analyze partner consoles, and advise on beneficial training and phishing campaigns.
  • Drive and quote cross-sales on additional hirify.global products to increase footprint with the partner and drive upsell revenue.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with key MSP partners to evaluate performance, including sales, pipeline, customer retention, and new customer acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred.
  • 2+ years managing customers within a SaaS subscription model.
  • 1+ years software sales experience preferred.
  • 1+ years working with channel partners, including MSPs.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Strong verbal and written communications, time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
