TL;DR

Client Services Representative: Resolving client payroll and HR system challenges and fostering customer relationships with an accent on technical expertise and timely solution delivery. Focus on troubleshooting issues, collaborating with technical experts, and maintaining high client satisfaction through inbound and outbound interactions.

Location: 100% in-office role based at hirify.global's Schaumburg, IL location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

Salary: $25.00/hour

What you will do

  • Maintain consistent availability and manage workloads to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client payroll and HR issues.
  • Champion client interests by delivering clear and effective resolutions and collaborating with internal technical experts.
  • Prioritize successful and punctual solution delivery in line with client requirements and internal service metrics.
  • Leverage resources to source and validate answers, document issues, and ensure seamless client support.
  • Provide clients with guidance on HR and Payroll best practices, software change management, and hirify.global product alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, International Business, Hospitality, Finance or Accounting, OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HCM experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask, respond promptly, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Must be able to work on-site five days per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm (CST).

Nice to have

  • CPP, FPC, APA, and/or SHRM-CP certified.
  • Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role.
  • Experience in payroll and/or call center environment.
