Project Manager

What you will do

• Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across various products, industries, and levels of complexity.
• Lead projects end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and enablement, coordinating internal delivery teams and customer stakeholders.
• Own clear project scoping, alignment, and governance, ensuring expectations are set, approved, and managed.
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and define clear escalation paths.
• Lead customer conversations with confidence, including exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate project implementation and technical setup in partnership with internal specialists and customer contacts.

Requirements

• Around 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, SaaS delivery, or implementation-focused roles.
• Experience delivering implementation- or enablement-heavy projects, ideally in client-facing environments.
• Comfortable leading customer discussions and workshops.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Solid business acumen and an understanding of how project outcomes tie to customer value.
• Technologically curious and digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in how systems work, integrate, and scale.

Nice to have

• Multilingual, especially in Spanish.
