TL;DR

Director, Channel Marketing Americas: Building and scaling the channel marketing engine for a rapidly growing SaaS company with an accent on driving measurable revenue impact through diverse partner ecosystems. Focus on designing scalable programs, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring strategic alignment across sales, business development, and product marketing.

Location: Remote (US), but must be located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference for candidates based in Austin, TX, or those willing to relocate unassisted and able to work in the office 2 days per week. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year (for CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY, WA roles).

What you will do

  • Lead Americas channel marketing strategy, aligning programs to revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
  • Build and develop a high-performing channel marketing team.
  • Drive partner programs, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Execute multi-touch channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and partner engagement.
  • Oversee co-branded marketing across digital, email, content, events, and webinars.
  • Own channel marketing operating cadence, planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of channel marketing experience with 4+ years of people leadership.
  • Strong experience in SaaS and complex channel ecosystems (resellers, distributors, alliances, MSPs).
  • Proven ability to build and scale channel marketing foundations and operating models.
  • Demonstrated success driving multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly analytical with experience measuring performance, reporting on pipeline impact, and uncovering risks and opportunities.
  • Industry experience in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, or endpoint management required.
