What you will do
- Lead day-to-day people operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and consistent processes.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex employee relations matters.
- Provide practical, timely advice and hands-on support to managers on people issues.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll-related changes.
- Manage employee immigration and sponsorship processes, working with external legal partners.
- Partner closely with the HR Director to deliver people initiatives and improvements.
Requirements
- Experienced and proactive Senior People Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law for day-to-day decision-making.
- Ability to identify legal and people risk early and ensure compliant handling of issues.
- Experience implementing and managing people policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in overseeing and supporting core HR administration and people data management.
- Capacity to identify recurring people issues and implement practical improvements to processes.
