What you will do

• Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design and decision making.
• Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, refining job architecture and pay ranges.
• Manage global compensation planning cycles, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and process optimization.
• Partner with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes and provide market intelligence and insights.
• Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making.
• Participate in special compensation projects as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related compensation experience in a global technology environment.
• Deep knowledge of compensation practices, including RSUs, stock options, and performance equity plans.
• Expert-level quantitative and statistical modeling skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• A proven ability to design, build, and deploy data models and analytical tools to automate and improve compensation processes.
• Programming fluency in SQL and Python (or R) and expert-level proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
• Strong experience with Workday (or similar global HRIS) for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting, and interest in Pay Equity initiatives.
