What you will do

• Lead the development of Agent Intelligence, the decisioning system for AI agents, to transform customer interactions.
• Balance competing stakeholder needs, including end-users, operations teams, and developers.
• Pioneer the agent decisioning architecture, defining how AI agents select actions and optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, and data teams on decisioning systems, predictive models, and experimentation frameworks.
• Advise customers strategically in partnership with sales and go-to-market teams.
• Own the product end-to-end, from concept to execution, with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product, engineering, or a related field, leading products from ideation to launch.
• Passion for understanding user needs and building new, 0–1 products in high ambiguity.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex problems and decisions.
• Strong alignment with company values and culture.
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.
• Experience with recommendation systems, decisioning engines, or optimization platforms.
• Experience with machine learning operations, A/B testing, or experimentation platforms.
• Experience with Typescript, React, and other programming languages.
