What you will do

• Define product strategy for the business and drive appropriate technology choices.
• Lead continuous innovation and shape the future of e-commerce.
• Drive engineering and operational choices and processes, aligning with partner teams.
• Initiate greenfield projects and drive their development from inception to deployment.
• Design, develop, and launch innovative ad experiences delivered in conversational contexts using generative AI.
• Empower advertisers to reach shoppers through intuitive, conversational, multi-turn interfaces.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
• Experience in advertising.
