Salary: $179,900.00–$243,400.00 USD annually

What you will do

Define product strategy for the business and drive appropriate technology choices.
Lead continuous innovation and shape the future of e-commerce.
Play a pivotal role in driving the team's engineering and operational choices and processes.
Drive alignment with partner business, engineering, and science teams across Amazon.
Be instrumental in initiating greenfield projects and driving their development from inception to deployment.

Requirements

2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Nice to have

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
Experience in advertising.
