Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (U.S. base pay range), or USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for brand and content quality across the AI content ecosystem.
• Collaborate with policy experts and cross-functional partners to establish workflows for analyzing, prioritizing, and driving initiatives.
• Design scalable frameworks and solutions that address diverse scenarios across partners and use cases.
• Define, implement, and evaluate policies using AI-driven approaches to strengthen safety standards and continuously improve content quality.
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback, leveraging metrics to uphold operating standards and refine moderation capabilities.
• Champion safety standards and policies by educating stakeholders and driving adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience building ML powered or LLM powered products AND hands-on experience with prompt design and model evaluation.
• Expertise in managing product roadmap for developing AI models and algorithms.
• Experience in content management, Trust and Safety, knowledge of new policy development and implementation.
• Familiarity in customer needs, specifically in the content ranking and personalization domain.
• Solid and proven data analysis skills for product design and knowledge of methods for researching and analyzing product designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership on regular cadence.
