What you will do
- Build and lead a team of solution engineers as product introduction, evaluation, and education experts.
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build strong relationships.
- Work alongside revenue leaders to set the go-to-market strategy for the territory.
- Effectively escalate customer feedback and product obstacles/gaps to executive staff.
- Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales to deliver winning solutions.
- Act as a player/coach, working with your team on and delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering capacity with 2+ years of direct front-line management experience.
- Industry expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or Cloud Computing.
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to connect a customer’s specific mission problems with hirify.global’s solutions.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
