Program Manager

What you will do

• Provide program-level leadership and direction to cross-functional consulting teams.
• Forge strong partnerships internally and externally to drive cohesive, outcome-oriented engagement strategies.
• Design and oversee holistic engagement plans for high-impact transformations.
• Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning, partnering with stakeholders for scoping and estimates.
• Provide executive oversight of project financials, including budget governance, risk management, and revenue optimization.
• Lead client communication with executive presence and deliver data-driven project performance insights through executive reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive project leadership experience and at least 10 years leading complex solution delivery or consulting engagements.
• Domain expertise in Annuities, Life Insurance, and/or broader financial services.
• Proficiency in leveraging advanced project and program management methodologies and tools, including MS Project, advanced Excel modeling, and executive reporting in PowerPoint.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, matrixed environments, demonstrating strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
