Must be able to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Salary: $136,100 - $170,100

What you will do

• Establish and refine project management governance, methodologies, SOPs, and systems for the PL&E Team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, owning the project calendar and managing expectations.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams including creative, merchandising, product, shipping, and engineering.
• Drive operational excellence across diverse initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped, communicated, monitored, and completed on schedule.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Program Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting creative development.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira administration (e.g., configuring custom issue types, permission schemes, and automation rules).
• Proven track record in e-commerce, digital product, or consumer tech environments.
• Strong technical understanding of web, app, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
