What you will do
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer IT roadmaps to drive hirify.global solution adoption within the marketplace.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
- Execute a sales strategy to land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities within your allocated region/territory.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing and executing a regional sales plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of field sales experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales objectives.
- Demonstrable experience securing new logos and executing complex enterprise sales strategies.
- Familiarity with a solution-based selling approach and experience managing complex sales processes.
- Expertise in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML spaces.
- Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships, hitting multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
- Ability to work remotely from Illinois, United States.
