TL;DR

Senior Strategic Account Executive (E-Commerce): Maintaining and expanding relationships with named accounts, securing multi-year software and services contracts with an accent on building senior-level client relationships and high client satisfaction. Focus on partnering with global business units to generate profitable sales and developing strategic sales plans.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets by securing multi-year software and services contracts.
  • Create and nurture senior-level client relationships across all stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead virtual teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic sales plan.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business-to-business software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of new business selling to retailers and manufacturers in the commerce space.
  • Proven experience selling high-value complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate a consultative sales approach.
  • Able to operate independently and motivated to prospect, with perseverance in objection handling.
  • Ability to work from home and travel as required.

Nice to have

  • In-depth experience and understanding of the eCommerce market and related competition.
  • Master’s Degree.
