What you will do

• Ensure consistency and guide the development of the account security and trust ecosystem, from policies to operations.
• Build and evolve the Account Trust and Security Centre transversal team organization.
• Develop a strong vision and actionable 360 strategy for player account trust and security.
• Proactively monitor the account ecosystem, manage incidents, and orchestrate crisis management.
• Create, structure, and orchestrate contributions from cross-functional teams for security topics.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a transversal team directly reporting to you.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management or administration.
• Senior leadership profile (director level) with strong experience in the digital industry.
• Demonstrated strong decision-making abilities and multidisciplinary problem-solving approach.
• Understanding of technical, operational, player experience, and compliance challenges and constraints.
• Experience with challenging compliance contexts, live operations, and team and stakeholder management.
