What you will do

• Support game testing and early live phases, focusing on gameplay quality and retention.
• Drive monetization testing and evolve LiveOps strategy post-launch.
• Partner with design to shape and refine the in-game economy, progression systems, and rewards.
• Translate player behavior and qualitative feedback into quantitative models and tuning decisions.
• Define hypotheses and design A/B tests across gameplay features and monetization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, analytics, and production to drive aligned decision-making.

Requirements

• Live Ops Experience managing events and economies in mid-core titles (Collection RPGs/4X) with a focus on moving specific KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with game designers to translate vision into functional product requirements and success criteria.
• Hands-on proficiency in data analysis (dashboards) to independently identify user behavior patterns.
• Experience navigating a backlog and making hard, impact-driven prioritization decisions.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to work across disciplines.

Nice to have

• SQL and Python experience.
