Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and priorities for live games.
• Drive features from concept through launch and live iteration.
• Make trade-offs across scope, quality, and impact.
• Lead live-ops planning and execution, including events, features, and experiments.
• Use data and player behavior to guide product decisions.
• Provide functional leadership to game designers and analysts.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management for games or live consumer products.
• Experience shipping and operating live F2P or economy-driven games.
• Strong intuition for game loops, progression, and monetization.
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving, imperfect environments.
• Willingness to work onsite as part of a tight-knit studio team in Victoria, BC.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Mobile gaming experience.
