What you will do

• Identify inefficiencies and optimize business processes using AI agents.
• Develop Business Intent Docs, SOPs, and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior and integration.
• Lead UAT/QA, coordinate testing, manage phased rollouts, and troubleshoot technical issues for AI deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align AI tools with business objectives.
• Build comprehensive enablement materials and deliver training programs for AI solution adoption.
• Monitor AI system performance, resolve gaps through prompt refinement, workflow tuning, and A/B testing, and define/track KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in sales, sales ops, or related fields, with at least 2 years managing tools/technologies.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and translate business needs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and curiosity for new low-code/no-code platforms and AI advancements.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
