Salary: $110,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Manage and support a team of contract-based labelers performing detailed evaluation and labeling work.
• Provide clear guidance and context to ensure high-quality labeling and evaluation.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of tasks like image quality review, ID assessment, field extraction, and fraud detection.
• Monitor quality metrics, audit results, and turnaround times to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance workflows and internal tools.
• Improve training, documentation, and workflows to empower labelers.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or managing people in operational, review-based, or quality-focused roles.
• Comfort collaborating across teams and guiding others through change.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to structure detailed and evolving work.
• A people-centered approach emphasizing respect and clarity.

Nice to have

• Exposure to labeling or data annotation work.
• Experience creating or supporting training, onboarding, or learning materials.
• Familiarity with fraud-related workflows or review processes.
• Experience working with identity verification, trust, or safety systems.
