Social Manager

Salary: $55,000–$68,000 per year

What you will do

• Engage with audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Exemplify the brand voice and tone in all community interactions.
• Draft copy and support content ideation for owned social content.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams on brainstorms and agile social moments.
• Maintain accurate documentation across content calendars and engagement trackers.
• Proactively flag emerging trends and escalate issues to the team.

Requirements

• At least two years of work experience in digital, community management, or social media.
• Solid grasp of core social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including their usage, limitations, and content formats.
• Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of consumer conversation monitoring for relevant insights.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of influencers, creators, and tastemakers across social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and listening tools such as Khoros, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Archive.
