What you will do
- Engage with audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other social channels.
- Exemplify the brand voice and tone in all community interactions.
- Draft copy and support content ideation for owned social content.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams on brainstorms and agile social moments.
- Maintain accurate documentation across content calendars and engagement trackers.
- Proactively flag emerging trends and escalate issues to the team.
Requirements
- At least two years of work experience in digital, community management, or social media.
- Solid grasp of core social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including their usage, limitations, and content formats.
- Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of consumer conversation monitoring for relevant insights.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of influencers, creators, and tastemakers across social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and listening tools such as Khoros, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Archive.
