What you will do

• Ideate and lead creative execution for hirify.global Sports' social media channels (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Direct and manage the content creation pipeline for high-quality, on-brand assets.
• Define visual and editorial tone across multiple sports franchises, ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align social creative with marketing goals.
• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers for authentic partnerships.
• Conduct trend analysis and competitive research to inform new creative concepts and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in creative development, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on social media and content strategy within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven expertise in platform-native content creation across major social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) and streaming platforms (Twitch, Discord).
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-impact social media campaigns for major brands.
• Deep understanding and passion for the sports and/or gaming landscape.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and proficiency with fast-turnaround tools (CapCut, Canva, Mojo).
• Strong leadership experience, including managing creative teams and cross-functional project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a data-driven creative mindset.
