What you will do

• Develop and execute distinct social media strategies for multiple hirify.global IPs.
• Build, maintain, and fully own separate content calendars, ensuring consistent posting across all titles.
• Oversee the production of diverse assets (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to each game's community and brand identity.
• Conduct regular audits of managed accounts and optimize strategies based on performance data.
• Track performance across all channels and KPIs, generating portfolio-wide insights.
• Partner with HQ and internal marketing teams to align social efforts with global initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a social media strategy role.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube, and emerging trends.
• Hands-on experience owning and organizing complex content calendars end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content tailored to a niche gaming community.
• Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
