Salary: $97,600 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s organic social strategy in service of brand and business goals.
• Concept, produce, and edit short-form video and visual content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Manage the publishing calendar, day-to-day operations, and ensure the brand's presence is consistent and active across hirify.global’s social media handles.
• Monitor mentions, tags, and comments, engage in relevant industry threads, and manage community interactions to build trust and rapport.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Sales & Partnerships, and Communications to align social content with launches, campaigns, and broader narratives.

Requirements

• You understand how Instagram, LinkedIn, and X actually work, how algorithms impact success, and how the social landscape is changing.
• You have hands-on experience producing and editing short-form video built for social.
• You know how to find signals in noise and turn audience behavior and conversation into strong content ideas.
• You can generate original ideas, execute quickly, measure what’s working, and pivot when it’s not.
• Must love travel: Experience in (or genuine enthusiasm for) the travel industry.
