What you will do

• Lead fast-turn social content creation from concept through delivery, focusing on trend awareness and paid content execution.
• Ideate, produce, and edit platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and hirify.global platforms.
• Apply paid social expertise by optimizing content for platform algorithms, visibility, and performance.
• Deliver high-volume output (approx. 6–10 video assets/week) to capitalize on marketing moments.
• Partner cross-functionally to brief, capture, and produce high-performing assets, from talent-led ads to product education.
• Pitch platform-specific social and original content concepts.

Requirements

• Strong ability to identify trends and stories to craft timely, relevant content.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Producer and Editor across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to edit at high volume across a variety of formats and platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong project management skills.
• Work from New York City office at least 4-5 days per week.
