Salary: $138,071.00 - $186,395.40 USD

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery sessions to diagnose business challenges and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Rapidly prototype and validate AI agent solutions using hirify.global's platform to demonstrate immediate value.
• Architect tailored deployment paths and quantify business value through clear KPIs and ROI modeling.
• Own end-to-end deployment of configuration-first solutions and integrate new workflows into client operations.
• Serve as a bridge between client stakeholders and product teams for continuous solution refinement.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to present value delivered and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in management consulting or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Proven technical fluency with SQL, Python, APIs, and modern data architectures.
• Executive presence with superior communication skills at the C-level.
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying low/no-code solutions from prototype to production.
• Deep understanding of agentic patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management (preferred).
• Ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits (approx. 25–40%).
• English: B2 required.
• Must have US work authorization.
