Compensation Pay Range: $138,071.00 – $186,395.40

What you will do

• Lead executive discovery sessions to identify business challenges and high-value opportunities for AI automation.
• Rapidly prototype and validate AI agent solutions using hirify.global’s configuration-first platform.
• Quantify business value through clear KPIs and ROI modeling, linking technical possibilities to enterprise outcomes.
• Own end-to-end deployment of configuration-first solutions, configuring core application capabilities and agentic behaviors.
• Integrate new workflows into client operations, ensuring adoption and stickiness.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews to present value delivered and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in management consulting or forward-deployed solution roles at data platform companies.
• Proven technical fluency with data (SQL essential), Python, APIs, and modern data architectures.
• Executive presence with superior communication skills, serving as an advisor and strategic partner at the C-level.
• Demonstrated track record of building and deploying low/no-code solutions, driving from prototype to production.
• Relentless problem solver, capable of synthesizing ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations and influencing product direction.
• Deep understanding of agentic patterns, LLMs, data governance, and metadata management (preferred).
• Ability to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits (approx. 25 – 40%).
