What you will do

• Maintain and support the entire HR process cycle, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers to resolve team-related issues and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the HR team to drive strategic goals and deliver solutions for business success.
• Work closely on the development and implementation of HR procedures.
• Coordinate the performance review and feedback processes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the benefits package and other HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Management in the IT sphere.
• Proficiency in using HRM systems (or HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
• Good understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• English: Intermediate+ level (B2).
