What you will do
- Maintain and support the entire HR process cycle, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, adaptation, and offboarding.
- Partner with managers to resolve team-related issues and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive strategic goals and deliver solutions for business success.
- Work closely on the development and implementation of HR procedures.
- Coordinate the performance review and feedback processes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the benefits package and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Management in the IT sphere.
- Proficiency in using HRM systems (or HRIS) to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
- Good understanding of HR best practices across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- English: Intermediate+ level (B2).
