Salary: $164,000 - $294,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design program management for AI-related workstreams including planning, prioritization, coordination, and communication
• Build and manage an evergreen design evaluation program for AI work, including contractor management and feedback synthesis
• Coordinate collaboration across multiple designers, teams, and pillars on complex AI initiatives
• Partner with AI design leadership and engineering to align design intent with technical execution
• Contribute to internal AI enablement through tooling, workflows, and learning forums
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational overhead in AI design workstreams

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 5+ years experience in Design Program Management and DesignOps
• Proven track record leading complex, fast-moving programs across design, product, and engineering
• Experience with AI-powered products or internal AI enablement
• Technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering and design engineers
• Experience managing contractors and third-party vendors

Nice to have

• Experience running design evaluation or quality review programs
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, or AI orchestration tools
• Prior experience as a product designer or design-adjacent role
