What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including budget pacing, creative rotation, and testing frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing Analytics, and Growth teams to enhance acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Build weekly reports and contribute to strategic readouts for senior stakeholders.
- Support testing roadmaps for creative, messaging, targeting, and bidding strategies to scale campaigns across markets.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience running paid media campaigns, either in-house or agency-side.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Comfort working with budgets, pacing, and performance targets.
- A data-driven mindset and curiosity about testing and experimentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Ads or additional advertising platforms.
- Canva or basic creative editing skills.
- CRM or marketing automation exposure.
- Additional languages.
