What you will do

• Plan, budget, and execute marketing and promotional activities for post-launch content updates.
• Manage publishing activities including release management, store relationships, and sales initiatives.
• Produce engaging marketing content and oversee global communication on various platforms.
• Collaborate with project leadership to develop roadmaps and achieve business objectives.
• Distill product pillars into brand guidelines and actionable long-term marketing strategies.
• Create reports, projections, and analysis, ensuring all activities are legally compliant.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or publishing departments/teams for indy games.
• Experience working on live or early access games.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and publishing pipelines.
