TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, requiring initial onsite work for 3 months in the company's offices, after which working from home can become a possibility. Candidates are expected to be authorized to work in and based in the USA or Canada, inferred from provided benefits (401k/REER).

What you will do

  • Validate product functionality against design and client specifications.
  • Perform varied tasks including compatibility tests, compliance checks, and focus groups.
  • Test across different platforms, from video games to applications, software, and websites.
  • Apply creativity and rigor to ensure product quality.

Requirements

  • Possess experience with different gaming consoles, mobile devices, and PC.
  • Have ease of usage for MS Office.
  • Display a minimum intermediate level in English writing and comprehension (B1+) for documentation and client communications.
  • Earned a High School Diploma.

Nice to have

  • Experience in testing methodology and technologies for Quality Assurance tests.
  • Existing knowledge of functionality, compliance, or compatibility QA tests.
  • Basic knowledge of programming software.
  • Database knowledge, such as Jira and Redmine.
  • Intuitive interest in UI/UX.
  • Understanding different technical requirements for PC components.
