QA Engineer II (Game Testing)

What you will do

• Own test planning, coordinate test execution, and ensure comprehensive quality coverage across multiple core gameplay features.
• Triage, monitor, and prioritize defects while maintaining visibility into quality progress.
• Coordinate and train remote testers and perform whitebox testing where appropriate.
• Collect, analyze, and report test, telemetry, defect, and quality metric data to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, design, production, and other disciplines to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Improve testing processes, execution methods, quality workflows, and release quality for live player-facing updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge of product development pipelines and workflows.
• Experience with agile product development and agile testing.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and tasking or training remote testers.
• Experience with Jira and general defect management.
• Experience testing and releasing live games on console and PC.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with first-person shooters or extensive engagement playing them.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprint or similar visual scripting tools.
• Understanding of automated test strategy.
• ISTQB or ICAgile testing certifications.
