What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners and clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and LOI signing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Actively prospect via LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, events, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during onboarding.
  • Meet quarterly KPI targets for LOIs and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Experience selling fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or regulated products is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate leads independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance-based compensation.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
