Trust & Safety Manager (Marketplace): Developing and implementing 's marketplace Trust Strategy, including policy development, operational standards, and product features, with an accent on identifying trust-breaching experiences and ensuring compliance. Focus on evolving marketplace Trust standards, advising on safety expectations, and integrating Trust into AI-visioning.
Location: Remote-hybrid work is offered, allowing work from our Boston office, home, or a mixture. Must be authorized to work in the US; does not sponsor work visas or legal permanent residence.
Salary: $123,000–$166,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop definitional protocols to identify trust-breaching customer experiences and recommend optimal response strategies.
- Establish processes for monitoring trust-breaching incidents and prepare periodic reports on Marketplace Trust status.
- Design Trust Policies for marketplace participation and develop internal training and monitoring processes for compliance.
- Lead and stay up to date on product feature benchmarking and evolving marketplace Trust standards and solutions.
- Develop expertise in health and safety expectations in food and third-party delivery to advise on marketplace strategies.
- Act as a liaison between legal compliance functions and product team members regarding regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Safety & Trust, Operations, Product, or Compliance for a Technology Company.
- At least 3 years of primary ownership of Trust and Safety program design and implementation.
- Must have completed a 4-year accredited College program; advanced graduate study is preferred.
- Proven track record of attacking complex problems with a customer-centric focus and launching successful solutions.
- Outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong desire to get things right, solve problems, and possess exceptional judgment and understanding of risk management.
