TL;DR
Partner Account Manager (Fintech): Selling software through channel partners, focusing on VMware, Microsoft, and cloud virtualization solutions, including recruitment, enablement, and development. Focus on building executive-level relationships and executing business plans with Value Added Resellers/Integrators (VARs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and Managed Services Partners (MSPs).
Location: Remote work is only possible for employees located in Greece. If the applicant is permanently located outside of Greece, reserves the right to decline the application for the position. Business trips : Malta, Cyprus, US (once a year)

What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets for assigned partners.
- Develop and execute partner business plans.
- Recruit, train, and enable channel partners.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on closing large enterprise deals.
- Conduct account mapping and track progress.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of sales experience with a channel-focused company.
- Proven track record of successful selling in the channel.
- Knowledge of virtualization technology; Microsoft experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT storage & compute vendors, System Integrators, Hyperscalers in the Greece market is a plus.
- Experience in previous software backup channel sales is desirable.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and excellent English language skills.
- Strong team-working attitude in extended multi-cultural team.
- Business acumen and proactivity in suggesting and implementing leads generation initiatives.
