What you will do

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America.
• Manage the full renewal process, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
• Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning hirify.global to business goals.
• Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment, and value realisation discussions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable navigating technical conversations while maintaining a business-value focus.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes.
