What you will do

• Design and deliver workshops and online courses for skill building, especially management and technical abilities.
• Improve training programs using metrics to measure effectiveness and implement changes.
• Build an ongoing training library for continuous employee development.
• Manage HR processes like annual performance reviews and goal-setting.
• Be the face of talent development for the company.

Requirements

• Five years experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or similar HX roles within a tech and remote-first company.
• Expertise in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning principles.
• Strong focus on data and metrics for tracking learning outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to adjust learning strategies for diverse remote teams across different regions and cultures.
• Excellent English proficiency is required for all communications.
• Clean criminal record required.
• CV written in English required.
