What you will do

• Drive high-impact performance management cycles, including goal setting and feedback.
• Lead strategic talent planning, succession planning, and promotions.
• Coach engineering leaders on organizational design and change management.
• Design and maintain competency frameworks for technical teams.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• Analyze people data to surface insights for business leaders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, supporting tech teams.
• Proven background working within international scale-ups.
• Strong business acumen to connect HR strategies to business objectives.
• Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Credible judgement and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication skills for complex ideas and policies.
