What you will do

• Support the team in implementing new product ideas and continuously improving classifieds websites and dating apps.
• Independently develop new feature ideas for products in close collaboration with various teams.
• Assist the product team in analyzing KPIs, assessing release impacts, documenting updates, and leading project planning.
• Prepare user stories and requirements for the development team and ensure high-quality product standards.
• Monitor the market and conduct competitive and benchmark analyses.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree with a business and/or IT focus.
• Experience in business development, project management, or product management is an advantage.
• Analytical-structured way of working with a high level of solution orientation.
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of agile teamwork and communication.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills are required.
• Must have a current work permit for Germany.
