What you will do

• Analyze market needs, customer workflows, and RIEDEL product usage, focusing on camera and video distribution systems for live video production and broadcast.
• Monitor broadcast, media, and IT markets to identify opportunities and technology trends, including UHD/HDR, IP video standards (SMPTE 2110, SRT, NDI), and real-time contribution.
• Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable development plans for the MT video portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to grow the rental and managed technology business and define product requirements that support real-world event execution.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and business units throughout development, launch, and deployment phases.
• Manage product launches, ensuring alignment with financial targets, timelines, technical standards, and customer expectations, and act as an internal and external ambassador.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in video technology, ideally in broadcast, sports production, live events, or media technology.
• Strong understanding of live video workflows, IP-based media networks, video routing, and encoding/decoding technologies.
• Ability to think across technical, operational, and commercial dimensions with a business-driven mindset.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements, deployments, and industry events.
