Group Product Manager (Logistics)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany with office presence 2 days a week

What you will do

• Own product direction and priorities for routing and dispatch optimization.
• Lead and develop four Product Managers across routing operations, dispatch intelligence, adaptive dispatching, and optimization guardrails.
• Balance trade-offs between delivery time, cost, rider experience, and system reliability.
• Guide rollout of new routing and dispatch capabilities across markets with experimentation and guardrails.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders including Director and VP levels.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany
• 8+ years in product management with 4+ years people management experience.
• Experience conceptualizing and launching B2B product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
• Data-driven decision making mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
