Group Product Manager (Logistics)

TL;DR

Group Product Manager (Logistics): Leading product direction for routing and dispatch optimization systems within a large-scale logistics platform with an accent on balancing speed, cost, and reliability for last-mile delivery. Focus on guiding the evolution and scaling of optimization systems across multiple markets and use cases, and leading a team of Product Managers.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week on campus). Relocation support to Berlin is provided.

What you will do

• Own the overall product direction and priorities for routing and dispatch optimization.
• Lead, support, and develop four Product Managers.
• Help teams make thoughtful trade-offs between delivery time, cost efficiency, rider experience, and system reliability.
• Guide how new routing and dispatch capabilities are rolled out safely across markets.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations partners to align on goals and execution.
• Act as the main product contact for senior stakeholders, including Tech M2s, data leads, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• 4+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Previous experience in conceptualizing B2B product solutions.
• Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving B2B products.
• Experience in managing a diverse set of stakeholders from around the world.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simple words.
