What you will do

• Own new product initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to launch.
• Shape the roadmap and evaluate and prioritize ideas based on company strategy.
• Translate between users, clients, and your team to ensure real needs are met.
• Build quick prototypes and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and proactively, especially in a remote-first environment.
• Collaborate across functions and align with different teams to ensure shared understanding and coordinated delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and launching digital products end-to-end.
• Senior-level experience in software engineering, ideally with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience applying product management methodologies and practices.
• Strong written communication skills and fluency in English. Ideally, you’re also fluent in German.
• Leadership that fosters psychological safety, constructive challenge, and DEIB principles.
• The flexibility to decide from where you would like to work: remotely in a location within 2 hours (time-zone) from Berlin, Germany.
