What you will do

• Lead and develop a small, high-impact Strategy & Performance team, coaching on analytical and strategic topics.
• Partner with C-level and global FinTech leadership to define strategy, set priorities, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Legal, Data, and local market teams to improve FinTech operational and financial performance.
• Own FinTech planning and performance cycles (annual/quarterly business planning, forecasting, and budget inputs) for FinTech.
• Build and maintain financial and business models for complex FinTech topics, translating data into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Support strategic partnerships and build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating external providers and developing business cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience (excluding traineeships/internships) in management consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced tech, marketplace, e-commerce, or FinTech environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing team members in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to influence without authority, manage senior stakeholders, and lead teams through complexity.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across geographies and seniority levels.
• High degree of comfort modeling complex business and financial scenarios, using data and sound judgment to make recommendations on ambiguous problems.
• Working knowledge of FinTech and payments fundamentals.
