What you will do

• Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Analyze sales processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports on sales metrics and performance.
• Manage onboarding and training of sales reps, providing tools and resources.
• Assist in territory planning and quota setting to support organizational goals.
• Evaluate and manage sales tools and technologies to improve team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to perform quantitative analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
• Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Level of spoken and written English – Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
