TL;DR

Sales Excellence Manager (Business Partner): Driving sales excellence through best practices, KPI management, and operational support across the entire sales process with an accent on KPI management, end-to-end sales processes, and CRM hygiene and data quality. Focus on partnering with sales leaders and identifying issues and refining processes.

What you will do

  • Develop and improve the KPI framework for sales teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end goal-setting process, from KPI definition to incentive payout.
  • Develop and monitor key metrics such as pipeline quality, win–loss analysis, and CRM hygiene.
  • Support SLA-driven processes such as lead uploads and data delivery for Sales initiatives.
  • Manage and improve sales forecasting accuracy in close collaboration with sales leaders.
  • Proactively identify issues, refine processes, and provide relevant data support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in KPI development, performance management, sales analytics, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL.
  • Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables).
  • A structured, logical approach to problem-solving, with a proactive, ownership-driven, and outcome-focused mindset.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in economics, finance, mathematics, IT, or management.
  • Professional proficiency in English (B1/B2 or higher).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and improving data quality and hygiene.
  • Experience setting up, supporting, or optimizing business and sales processes.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, SDR, or Revenue teams.
